PIWNICA & COLIN informs you that the collection and use of your data systematically has a legal basis that relates to: client file processing, event management such as conferences and cocktails, newsletters, administrative duties and compiling statistics using data consistently rendered anonymous.

Personal data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the 5-year statute limitation in civil law, the 10-year statute limitation in accounting and the 3-year statute limitation for prospecting and animating.

Access to the data thus collected is strictly reserved to the firm’s internal personnel and may be provided to external recipient solely upon express authorization by the affected person.

The client can always exercise his right to access, query, amend, rectify, oppose, port and delete.
